Hello from Protect Catlett!
It’s been a while, Friends & Neighbors. We’re reaching out to gather more information from everyone who received a letter from Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company (Transco), regarding a Proposed Power Express Expansion Project – Quantico Lateral.
Those of us that received a “customized” letter via FedEx know that it only provides info directly pertaining to your land, It’s been frustrating to us because they’re not revealing the larger context of this proposed gas line. We don’t know anything about it, like where it is coming from, or going to! (Of course, we’re suspicious that it’s likely headed to “help” power data centers in the counties north of Fauquier!) We’ve also found no helpful info on the website they provided either but we’ll provide it nonetheless:

This is why we are asking for our community to share what we all know before anyone signs anything giving permission for Williams Company to survey your land.
Protect Catlett is already discussing with our wonderful coalition partners to get to the bottom of this non-transparent gas pipe line proposed in Fauquier.
